To be the most highly respected lending strategy and operations company to the dealer finance industry that assists in developing professionals with the personal dedication, ethics, and capabilities needed to succeed in special finance lending. We work to provide excellence in learning, teaching, and customer service. AAG works to provide an educational experience that develops the individual business skills and appreciation for a continuous learning necessary to succeed in the dynamic world of special auto finance.
Our high quality loan purchase program allows us the opportunity to develop strong lasting relationships with competent automobile professionals. We strive to do this to further our mission when we assist our approved dealerships when serving the special finance borrower.

Our Management Team
The AAG executive management team collectively has over seventy (70) years of auto finance lending experience of which over fifty (50) years is in special finance auto lending with such major financial institutions as Household Auto Finance ( HSBC), Imperial Savings, Far Western Bank, Mellon Bank. Over forty (40) years were at senior or executive levels. Team members really believe in the special finance business and all have a deep understanding of the auto dealers futures needs.
Frank Mercer, Chief Executive Officer & President, has over thirty (30) years of experience in financial services management, credit operations and auto finance sales management of which twenty (20) years were at the senior and executive levels.
Ernie Garcia, Chief Operating Officer, has over thirty five (35) years originations and collections experience of which 25 years is at the senior management levels.
