American Acceptance Group

American Acceptance Group (AAG) is currently in its start-up phase.  AAG which is a limited liability company, formed under Georgia state laws, is a purchaser, servicer and seller of automobile installment sales contracts.

AAG will be in the business of purchasing automobile secured installment contracts which are originated by franchised and independent automobile dealerships located in Georgia, Florida and California, which AAG has an established business relationship.

What We Do

AAG creates a working relationship between approved franchise and independent dealers that provides the dealers with the opportunity to sell more new and used autos by attracting customers that will not normally qualify for such traditional prime financing sources as banks, credit unions and the captive finance companies.  AAG has designed five special finance lending programs with the objective of helping dealers to sell more cars and AAG the opportunity to grow its loan portfolio by purchasing profitable special finance vehicle installment contracts.

  Special Finance Lending

The terms of special finance, non-prime, sub-prime lending describe credit that is extended to borrowers exhibiting higher delinquency or default risk characteristics than those of the  traditional prime borrowers. Risk of default can be assessed by conventional credit risk measures such as credit or repayment history, payment-to-income (PTI) and debt-to-income (DTI) or by some alternative measures such as FICO credit scores.
